Collection and processing of data

We process all personal data (name, address, date of birth, telephone number, email address, position in the company, as well as business card) that you provide to us, for example, as part of an enquiry or registration or to conclude a contract.

If we did not receive your personal data from the information you provided to us, this data comes from:

  • your homepage, a trade fair exhibition, a trade fair directory, search engines, etc.


Data processing takes place for the following purposes:

processing of personal data for contract initiation, contract administration and contract performance.

Proper legal grounds for data processing are:

  • contract initiation and performance in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
  • a legitimate interest as put forth in Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, which would thereby consist in achieving the aforementioned goals.
  • performance of a legal duty in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR.


Use and disclosure of personal data

If you have provided personal data to us, then we only use it to answer your enquiries, to process contracts and for technical administration.

We shall only forward or disclose personal data to third parties (IT service providers, authorities, courts, tax advisers and certified public accountants, attorneys, banks, insurance companies, contractual and business partners, companies within the group), if this is necessary to fulfil the contract, for billing purposes or to meet a legal obligation, the controller has a legitimate interest, or you have previously given your consent. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time with future effect.

Your personal data is erased if you withdraw your consent to store it, if your data is no longer necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was stored, of if the storage thereof is or becomes impermissible for other statutory reasons. Your request to have data erased shall not affect data for billing and accounting purposes.

We will carry out promptly any of the above and inform you thereof.

Should you no longer want us to process your data, please send your request to office@neuson-forest.com. You do not have to use any particular form for such notification. We will, of course, erase your data promptly and notify you that this has been done. Should there be compelling legal grounds that prevent us from erasing your data, we will promptly inform you thereof.

Finally, we would like to bring to your attention the fact that you may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.

Cookies

We have concluded a contract for contract data processing with Google.

IP anonymisation
We use the "activation" function for IP anonymisation on this website. This means that your IP address will be truncated beforehand by Google within Member States of the European Union and other contracting member states of the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Deactivate Google Analytics

The recorded data is saved together with the user ID generated at random, which enables the evaluation of pseudonymous user profiles. This user-specific data is deleted automatically after 14 months. Other data will be saved in aggregated form for an indefinite period.
